Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of FCMailX operated by FCMailX. By accessing the platform or Setup Hub, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

FCMailX provides software to manage transactional email configuration for multiple applications: domain verification workflows, credential generation, send logging, and deliverability testing. The software runs on infrastructure you provision. Outbound delivery requires your own Resend account and API key unless otherwise configured.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain your server, DNS records, and third-party accounts (including Resend and Stripe if used).
• Send only permission-based transactional messages compliant with applicable law and recipient expectations.
• Keep admin credentials and API keys confidential.
• Ensure connected applications use accurate From addresses on domains you control and have verified.

Acceptable use

You may not use FCMailX to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or content that violates law. We may suspend access to hosted instances we operate if we reasonably believe the platform is used for abuse.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans and trial periods are described on the pricing page. Fees are billed through Stripe when enabled. Trials convert to paid plans according to the plan you select unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Uptime depends on your hosting provider, DNS, Resend, and your own configuration. Use the /health endpoint for status checks on your instance.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed inbox placement. Deliverability results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCMailX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or failed message delivery arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
